QA/QC Introduction

Our company got the ISO9001(2000 version) quality control system certification in 2004. We set up a perfect quality control system, effective prevention and control system of risk, quality control, which have advanced equipments of producing, testing and detecting and methods of examining products. We also have a group who are specialized at handling and improving abnormal situations.

Our company uses the bar codes on all components, products and packages to control through whole manufacturing process. Each working procedure should be harmonized. Suppliers should also evaluate the quality of products strictly. There also are a team to do examine of shipments and finished goods. All about above indicate that we are working under a top service system of high quality, high efficiency and short cycle.

In respect of handling the headstreams of products and quality discrepancy, our company set up a mature ERP management system, which integrates the information of clients, orders, purchases, manufacturing system and flow of shipment effectively, realizing the resource sharing.

At the present time, our company is putting the ISO14001 (2000 version) environmental management system into effect with all its strength. We are pursuing to set up the largest production base to catch up the world level.
